Victory
Apartments is a 12 unit
building located near downtown Cloquet, Minnesota. It
consists of efficiencies, one and two bedroom units. Rents
range from $350 to $550 per month. It has been profitable for the past
three years. It is professionally managed and it is 100%
occupied. Victory is
HUD certified and has also been certified by the housing
authorities for the Fond Du Lac Reservation, Carlton County,

basement of Victory Apartments for dry indoor storage and other
